Umm ... just say no to those honkin' big glasses. I actually think I wore a pair like that in 5th grade. Oh, the repressed memories are starting to emerge.Nice going on the free rice.
I like the free rice widget too! Love the cause. I have an award for you on my blog too!Cya there!
I love Free Rice! On of my many on-line addictions. What the did we ever do without the internet...the ultimate cure for boredom!
When you finish there, you can go over and work on the "click here" for free mammograms. Boy do I get your muddled head o.d. on free rice, click click, free rice, click click...Blessed Sunday to you. Annette
I am going to click over to see what that's all about. For now, I just wanted to tell you I clicked on your Gratitude journal. It's awesome! I wanted to comment on it, but there was no place to comment. Thanks for leaving it open so I could peek in your heart! You have such a good one!Love,Angie xoxo
wait, what is this free rice thing? i'd love to hear about it..
My favorite word: hemidemisemiquaver :)
Okay. That IS addictive. I played to 400 grains of rice and had to quit or I'd sit here until my butt went numb.
I've never played as long as 400, but I've played until I discovered I was praying I'd lose!
I just played to 4,760! How fun is this?!? Love it, thanks for the link. My favorite word, sesquipedalian - using long words.
love working on my vocab...made it to 1,000then I posted a link on my site, tooon those nights when i can't sleep, i'm gonna go get rice!!!
I've never heard of that "free rice" thing, I'll have to go check it out! Thanks for visiting my blog and commenting, I love meeting new people! However I've begun blogging at a new URL because too many "real" people found me!!http://gmeadow.blogspot.comThanks, I hope to "see" you again!
Waaaaay too addicting! I quit at 1600.
I had to FORCE myself not to click on it anymore. I would spend hours and hours ricing (is that a word?)away. I did have the link saved on my computer and at work it was horrible - I would send customers to the "next window please".I think I'm banned forever from rice.Maybe this is just a test... I can build up my resistance and self control - I can do this... I CAN limit myself to only, say 100 clicks...Okay, gotta to click some rice now...
Stopped at 1200 grains of rice but shall return to stop not only world hunger but to fuel my addiction! Oooh, I love words!
Oh no. I now have a new addiction. To ....Ricing??? I made myself stop at 2640. Yikes!!! You are a pernicious influence!
I had never heard of this. Had to check it out, Great, just what I needed. One more way to get sidetracked. hahai feel like there is probably some kind of little computer chip in there and everytime I miss one, it is sending out a note to put in my "personal file" somewhere.
Haven't played for quite a while...but was hooked when I did. Yeah, I'm thinking some "smart girl" glasses could be fun!:-) Susan
That site is so addictive, I just cannot stop. Help!
I think there are more of us addicted to Free Rice than anyone knows! I've played for hours at a time . . . and now I'm splitting the obsession between it and a free spelling bee game I found, http://www.visualthesaurus.com/bee/ it's even more addictive if that's possible!
