I am not sure how to make the process more clear. Someone please help me.
There is still confusion about how to do this meme.
Here is the schedule:
Tuesday: I post questions. You post nothing. At least not the answers to the questions.
Wednesday: You post your answers on your blog. You click on your blog title. You go up to the address bar and copy the code for that post. You come back to my blog and paste that address in the Mr. Linky section. You go visit other participants and say nice things.
Thursday: Continue to visit those you missed, and usually I post my own answers.
I hope that is helpful. Otherwise, I'm about to "give up the ghost" as Grandma used to say in exasperation.

Just began following you. I think the confusion is that many of these blog hops start before the scheduled day. If it's Wednesday's hop, people begin posting Tuesday night. I'm just a new blogger, but this is what I've observed. If they don't want the people to participate early, they usually can't post a link. I'm sure you know all that, but you just sounded so upset, so I thought I'd comment. I understand your concern. I want to participate for sure, and I'll get ready to post for tomorrow. Thanks!

Okay this week I made sure my linky was the correct address. These were good questions!
If I can do the whole meme "thing" anyone should be able to. :o) I actually find it quite simple.

I participated last week, but this week, I don't know. It's packing day for the college bound and I'm pretty messed up in the emotional department. Don't really trust myself on what I would say in answer to the Q's today.

Hey, Lid. Maybe you could close comments on Tuesdays and they won't have anywhere to link. This would help with those who are new to the meme. Just a thought.
Don't give up -- the hiatus gave many people "summer brain drain"...once we're all back in our school/fall routine, we'll be much better behaved.

LOL! MOST meme's run the same day the questions are posted - so I DO understand the people who have trouble with this... but maybe for the new people who join each week you should make an instruction page ... or you could post the rules at the top of each page with Melli Language - you know... copy TODAY, but DO NOT post answers until TOMORROW! You could even bold the caps! But even that will probably NOT catch some people's attention! :)

Great questions this week Linda! I didn't even stress over any of them. LOL.
I just find people do what they want to do and don't read/follow instructions. If they do it wrong, they miss out. They will learn and do it right the next time - maybe... if not, they lose out the next time too. It might take 40 times around the mountain - or 40 years... we are dumb animals after all!

Time zone could very well be part of your problem too. I know for me the questions go up Monday Evening, the Link-Up comes up Tuesday Evening. If you have ppl that are in Asia or Australia at all here, the questions will go up Wednesday for them and the Link-Up on Thursday.
ha-I'm a rule follower too. And mostly inept so I don't know how people link up early unless they just stay up way later than me which is entirely possible.
I never post early. I'm lucky to get mine up on the actual day!
I answered and I'm ready to surf today. :-)
