Girl you have 518 followers. FIVE HUNDRED and eighteen. The influence you have on that many people is pretty significant. :) I admire your spirit. Thinking of you on this yucky day!
I'm with you on rainy funerals.Love the song she sang. What a sweet memory!May there be Sunshine in Your(MY) Soul Today!
May God comfort you today. I know it is hard to say Good-bye.
Thank you for letting us see a little bit into this beautiful lady's life! Praying for you and her loved ones today. Blessings to you as you heal.
I know what you mean. The day we buried my dad it rained...but all I could hear was him singing "It is Well in my soul."...and it made it ok. God bless you and Diane's family this weekend.
awwww, so glad she was still singing. Rain is hard on a funeral day; think of it as Heaven feeling your pain too...
I am so sorry. ((HUGS)) What a beautiful memory to hold on to.
I hope that, by now, your friend Diane has made acquaintance in heaven with my friend Sue. Sue loves to sing too. Who knows? Maybe they are singing together right now! They can introduce us when we get there one day. :)Sorry about the rain. We had a lovely, sunny day on which to say good-bye to Sue. I thought maybe she must have put that order in for us, as she knows how much I don't like rain. Sending hugs and prayers your way today.
Blessings & peace to you o this tough day Hon. Just imagine, she is now singing that song with much more clarity & revelation than she ever did here on earth! wow.
Rain has a way of covering our tears. Cry your hardest today. I'm praying for you and Diane's family to find some comfort and closure with her passing. I truly believe that God is standing right next to all of you with his arms wrapped around you.
She really is singing with the angels.
Linda, your friend was a magnificentwoman .... my hugs and blessings to you and her family.. Baba
Linda, have you read, Grieving the Loss of Someone You Love by Raymond Mitsch and Lynn Brookside? It helped me greatly when my father passed away years ago and now I buy it for friends when they lose a loved one. It is like a daily devotional. God bless you as you mourn for the loss of your dear friend.
I was off the 'net for a week and just read the last set of posts all in one go. Just wanted to send you a virtual hug and say that the things you've shared blessed me. Diane sounds like an amazing woman of God who set the bar very high.
