YO! V.I.P: Let's Kick It!

When my 15 year-old daughter and I went shopping recently, we rewarded ourselves for slaving away, rack after rack, hunting great deals on cute tops, by ordering these glorious treats from Taco Bell. Say it with me: "Strawberry Mango Fruitista Freeze."

At the very moment we were pulling away from the drive-through window and taking our first glorious sips of these glorious treats, the first few bars of "Ice, Ice Baby" came on the radio. We both looked at each other with cheeks full of iciness and raised our eyebrows like, "Really?" We both started laughing and doing synchronized bouncing (a la "Night at the Roxbury" guys) when I turned it all the way up, Baybee. Good times. Because no one could see us.

I usually post a video to go along with my dumb weekend posts, and you would think I'd show Vanilla Ice here, but you'd be wrong. I'm loving Jim Carey doing Vanilla Ice.

Linda!! That is SOOOOO funny. You can't even imagine how funny. People know me for loving the song Ice Ice Baby. I know ALL the lyrics. Yes, I admit it. It would be on the list of things that would surprise people about Jodi. LOL! So seeing that was hysterical! I used to love when the added the lyrics to Under Pressure to it. It was a mix that he did. I can't find it anywhere.

BTW, I love the regular Strawberry Fruitista. Those are SOOO yummy! It is a great reward

You know, I usually can't stand Jim Carrey -- but this was hysterical! Was it SNL?

Jen totally has my comment almost word for word! LOL.

I wonder if Taco Time around here in Canada has those because now I'm so craving one. Well, what I think one would taste like anyway 'cause I've never actually had one. Anyway, I'm going there today for sure, to reward myself for, oh, lets say...getting out of bed this morning! :v)

I'm just getting ready to run errands -- pick up dry cleaning, etc. Hmmm. Do I see a Taco Bell in my future????

Jim Carey is TOTALLY!!! hysterical. Love those moments of Zen: Ice in the mouth: Ice on the radio!!!

That was AWESOME!! Jim Carrey is a nut and I LOVE to watch his acts. I especially like his impromptu comedy. First it was Steve Martin, then Robin Williams then Jim Carrey.
BTW, I had never seen this video. Cracked me up.
(I'm back)

This post was "nICE nICE baby!" I haven't tried these frutistas, but they have been catching my eye each time I've been there in recent weeks.

Admittedly, my first try will never be the same after reading this!

You are so funny! Thanks for the laugh and for being such a fun mom. I wish I'd done more crazy stuff with my kids when they were younger(now I've lightened up and they love it!!!). Although it can still be embarrassing to them. Oh well!!!

You are so silly!

I had an opportunity to try that yesterday but I missed it...I took my kiddos to Taco Bell, I just hadn't read this yet! Bummer!

I did see something that made me think of you and laugh out loud. It was a bumper sticker that read:

"I'm still hot...it just comes in spurts now."

My boys couldn't understand what was SO funny!
