Wordless Wednesday: How Not to Do a "Squat"

The hinder and head are actually in the right positions, awkward as it is, but I have to critique the secondary activity; that is, squats don't help much if you're consuming Smores while exercising. Just a tip.

Love this!! I feel the same way when I am drinking a diet drink and eating a bag of potato chips....where is the reasoning behind that!!! But at least it makes us feel like we are trying to accomplish something with good results!!

u'r too funny! that looks so good :)

p.s.: would you say an extra prayer for our great niece 2 1/2yo Katie? Her heart surgery went well but she's developed a major infection and they're re-opening her incision today to clean and install a vacuum-wound device.

I love this! It actually looks like the PERFECT way to do squats. If you ask me the s'more makes it great.

You look soooooo skinny! Something is working! It must be the s'mores!

If you hadn't told us I wouldn't have a clue what you were doing. I wouldn't dare guess either. I love smores. Any chance of you mailing me some?

I am actually responding to the subject of "hugs" (previous post).
After 2 years of reading blogs, I thought - YES - I can leave a nice little note!

Linda, I am a wee bit older than you -I am newly 52 (OK maybe a lot older) and you make me laugh, laugh, laugh. I so relate to all you say EXCEPT we gave up our cable TV in April 2006, so all the latest TV stuff - I can NO relate - I am outta the loop. It was the hardest thing I ever did. Talk about withdrawal - whew!

I have two grown daughters, 23 & 25 - the younger married with a 7 month old baby boy AND I have a son, almost 11 - he was the BIGGA surprise. I love reading about your family - reminds me of mine - with the exception that we are homeschoolers.

Blessings to you - LOVE your blog!
I am a horrible writer, so no blog for me!

Ha! Well actually it MIGHT work if you just make sure you do more squats than the number of s'mores you eat. Probably about 40 squats per s'more most likely. You can do it!

Love s'mores! YUmmy! Almost makes the squat worth it...almost.

LOL. I never thought to actually be doing the workout to burn the calories at the same time I was consuming the said calories.
