Merry Christmas my friend and thanks for the memories, marina
I think I had Baby first Steps and I'm pretty sure those curtains in the background of the hobby horsie hung in one of our homes. Lots of fun Linda!
Happy Friday! Even though the Fridays Feast isn't happening, I did do my feast for last week since I was on vacation! Come take a look!
This was GREAT! brought back memories! I had the Chrissy Doll...still do in a trunk of old stuff...my daughters think it is weird that the hair "grows" but it sure beats the Bratz dolls that are all the rage, doesn't it?? I also had the hobby horse and the Easy Bake Oven! those were the days....
Baby beans was my special friend!! I chewed the tips of her fingers off. (I was weird, even then.) Mama bought me a new one but I wouldn't sleep with it. NO WAY! Had to be the orignal one.
I think your mom and my mom had the same decorator!!that was fun! Merry Christmas Linda!!
What a great slide show, Linda...as you know, we're almost exactly the same age, so you bet it brought back memories for me!And for the record, I didn't have Chrissy, but I had her younger sister, Velvet...in fact, I still do, stored in my box of old toys! Thank you for sharing these wonderful pictures with us, dear Linda! And a very Merry Christmas, my friend, to you and your family!
I love it!!!! It brought back SO many memories and it was fun to take a trip back (seems like so long ago, and yet it also seems like yesterday, doesn't it?)
such fun images of past times...blessings of the season to you and your family, rebecca
I had a Crissy doll and I loved her so much, I'm sure it had something to do with that long hair that could grow. Love the retro Christmas pictures.
I know I'm late arriving for this slide show, but had to tell you that we had so many of the same "treasures" growing up! I loved this trip down memory lane. I might have to do this sometime. Thanks for sharing, Linda!:-) Susan
