Hi...Just found your blog today and had fun reading back a few posts.
Could so relate to the weekend /motivation thing. It helps alot to have a big dog with long legs who sticks her nose in your face if you try to take a Saturday afternoon nap before she's had a run.
Oh, and love the 70's playlist...Good luck in meeting your goal!
Oh and when I looked at it more, she looks vaguely familiar, like someone wearing a wig. Question... isn't that your fireplace Linda? You do look nice in pink. :)
Oh Lid, WHERE do you find this stuff you feed us?? I'm happy that Laughing is good exercise. That leotard... that hair. You are distracting me from my wog... the sun is out! YAY!
LOL snort snort LOL!!! Too much. This is the lady that said we can burn more calories and loose weight just by breathing!! I had forgotten all about her!!! Chel
What a piece of work!! Did love her hair-ha ha !!!
I did get my walk in today. I had alot of anger built up from various happenings today. Called a friend after supper, took a walk and feel so much better.
Oh, how awful!!! I knew of this breathing exercise program, but I had never seen what it actually looked like. How can she even take herself seriously? Did she look in a mirror ever while doing this? Yipes! I'm also not sure about everyone else, but I am sure that if I tried it, I would pass out.
I hate to admit it... but ... okay.. yeah, I did the breathing thing and it really does work... seriously... you have to hide in your closet and lock all doors and turn the tv up loud... but.. I DID lose 2 dress sizes... yeah... I did... and it wasn't JUST from laughing... it was over 10 years ago. I wouldn't admit this to just anybody - only the few thousand readers of your blog... but it worked and still works...

Is it too late to join this?
Just started on a new exercise regimen a week ago and am determined to stick to it. I did it 5 days this week and stayed on my eating plan.
I am so tired of being undisciplined.
This may be a "one minute workout", but it has many more minutes of exercise.
Giggling burns lots of calories, right?
And there is so much to giggle at - the hair, the outfit, the faces she is making . . .
Thanks for the laughter!

Is she exercising or trying to give birth?

should we laugh at this lady? i mean, clearly she is having an asthma attack!! funny!
i'm debating whether or not to workout on sunday?? should i be on the treadmill while the rest of the family is playing mario kart this afternoon? :)
Seems like she would get enough exercise just toting around her hair!
too funny and didn't motivate me at all. however, in saying that, my belly muscles were exercised by the laughter....does that count????
That is just too stinkin funny!!!! If I watch it 30 times and laugh that hard every time, does it count as my 30X5 for the day?
'Cause THAT is a workout I could live with!!!
That frightened me...I have no words.

Chel
ahahaha, hilarious.
*snort* I'm glad I'd didn't have beverage in my mouth when I watched it.
I think she burned more calories getting into that leotard.
I bet you have that same leotard.
You never told me you were an aerobics instructor! Great leotard!
Bizarro! But obviously it works - look how skinny her legs are. Dag! I am going to go try it. LOL.
Too funny....and that hair! Oh, the days of BIG hair. lol. Got my 30 minutes of working out plus over 7700 steps for day 3. Blessings, SusanD

Unbelievable and frightening.
OMG, I swallowed my gum.
It wouldn't be near as funny if the words matched her mouth!
Um, I should confess, I had that hair once, only mine was brown.
HA HA HA HA I had to keep watching over videos of her. I'm going to keep my thoughts to myself about what she was doing!
I have laughed until I hurt.
This is classic.
Apparently she is doing her Kegels as well......way to go, Barbie!!
Love that Jane Fonda outfit sans the leg warmers.
Wow, is this seriously a workout video? I hope people didn't actually work out to this.
Gotta love the 80's : )
Never knew farting burned so many calories.
Boy am I IN LUCK!!!!
